EASTER TOURNAMENT VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED!! 

Tournament dates are Friday 29th March to Monday 1st April. 

The committee has been working really hard over the last few months to organise this years 100th year celebration of our Easter Tournament. They are now at the pointy end of organising and desperately require volunteers to help carry the workload and help make the tournament a big success for the club!! Even if you or a family member can only fill just one time slot that would still be such a great help. 

It is a fantastic tournament to be helping out at, players & families travel from all over Australia to compete in it. 

Please see below and attached rosters we are requiring volunteers to help fill times for; 

1. Kitchen – description of tasks included with roster. Contact Mal Thiel 0408 241 554

2. Bar - selling drinks and snacks in the canteen/bar. Contact Craig Mintern 0407 016 081

3. BBQ DINNER - cooking, serving, selling and general organising, volunteers are able to choose which role they would like to do. Contact Tim James 0422 496 030

4. BBQ SALADS - Also seeking help with 15 salads to be made for each BBQ night, so would love some donations. If people are willing to make a salad, could they please send a list of the ingredients with the salad as we often get those with dietary requirements asking. Contact Tim James 0422 496 030
